AI, drones and chips — built for real impact.
S-Rank Operations is based in Holland, and we're launching a new project in Israel that combines AI, drones and chips. Our chips help drones see, decide, and act on their own — so they can be useful in the situations where people need them most.
To make it real, we need a full local team on the ground — logistics, office managers, personal assistants, warehouse & inventory operators, cleaning crew, and more. You don't need a tech background. We work in English, we offer flexible arrangements, and we're open to anyone ready to learn and contribute.
No experience needed
We hire for mindset and train for skill. Cleaning crew, operations, office support, logistics, assistants, and more — many roles are entry-level.

Our home base is in Holland, and we're growing our Israel team from the ground up.

Office Manager & Assistants
Keep the office running: scheduling, documents, and day-to-day team coordination. Great for organized, detail-oriented people.
Personal Assistants
Support leadership with calendars, travel, communication, and coordination between Israel and Europe. Strong English is a plus.
Logistics & Import Coordinators
Coordinate shipments, customs paperwork, and the flow of drone hardware and chips into Israel. Full-time and part-time options available.
Cleaning & Facilities Crew
Help keep our workspace clean, organized, and welcoming. Reliable and friendly people wanted — experience not required.
Warehouse & Inventory Operators
Receiving, inventory, on-site support, and maintaining the facility where drones and chips are stored and tested. No prior warehouse experience needed.
Procurement & Purchasing
Source equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and track orders end to end. Training provided.
HR & Recruiting Support
Help us hire, onboard, and support a growing local team. Students welcome for part-time support.
Partner & Customer Support
Be the frontline for partners, clients, and vendors with care and clarity. Flexible hours possible.
Israel–Europe Liaison
